Storia del prototipo
There aren't many car models in the world that can compete in terms of popularity with this one. Because before us is the most famous jeep of World War II - the Willys.
Over the course of twenty years, starting in 1940, about a million units of these reconnaissance/command pickup trucks were created. In just the war years alone, over 600,000 of them were delivered to the battlefields.
Willyses were used in various ways, as towing vehicles and as platforms for machine guns and mortars, as well as reconnaissance vehicles.
Maneuverability, speed, convenience, and the ability for quick repairs made these vehicles legendary. They inspired car designers around the world to create many similar models, many of which are still produced today, and modern Willyses are called Jeep Wranglers and are one of the most popular off-road vehicles.
To pay tribute to this triumph of engineering genius, we have created a model for self-assembly called "Willys Legend Wooden Edition."
The "Willys Legend Wooden Edition" self-assembly kit is designed for enthusiasts of historical accuracy. The model will surprise you with a multitude of details that exactly match the original. Radiator grilles, seats, doors, dashboard and steering wheel, spare wheel, antenna, headlights, and markings - all of these are recreated on wooden parts, of which there are exactly 125, and each one must take its place in the model.
The "Willys Legend Wooden Edition" self-assembly kit is made from natural wood. It does not contain any metal or plastic elements. During the assembly process, the use of glue, bolts, clips, and other fasteners is excluded. All parts are carefully processed and eliminate the possibility of cuts, splinters, pinches, or other injuries.
The presence of small parts can pose a danger to children under 3 years old, and they should not be left alone with the kit.
The environmentally friendly material, including the packaging, does not harm people or the environment. It is pleasant to the touch and smell and adds positive emotions from working with natural wood.
The "Willys Legend Wooden Edition" model can be used as an original gift, a collectible item, a part of an exposition dedicated to the history of the automotive industry, a reconstruction of military battles, car races, or historical streets of cities. In addition, the process of assembling the model is a fascinating and enjoyable activity for family leisure, technical creativity clubs, or fans of military automotive equipment.
